I only have 1 but I know about starting over. Im 51 years young. I take it day by day. Some good some bad. But knowing your not alone is more than half the battle.

My Hubby went from eating junk all day to making better choices. I have never been a chip person but I like pita chips. I also eat popcorn almost everyday. I will give something else but I am going to have my popcorn and I refuse to eat it when It taste like dust. This is me. :wink:

I also have that problem. So instead of sitting in front of the TV til bedtime, I read in bed for the last part of the night. Helps me to think of something else.

For years I drank too much. Then went to Doctor and told her how I felt. She said part of it is PMDD and other part is depression. So she put on medication. It was like night and day. The medication got me to where I could at least deal with it. Later a new Doctor took over for her and I said it was not working any longer…

Good for you. A woman with balls:flowerforyou: . At 51 TOM still visits me and it is only time that I have a hard time with controlling my cravens. Im like this, if you havent walked in their shoes you have no idea what their story is and unless someone asks for help, dont give it.

You can find at Walmart. There are alot of choices. I use them all the time. Not a big water drinker, but it beats soda and doesnt have caffeine.

I totally agree. I also found a Kitty years ago, Sweet as can be--outside no claws and no family. You might be surprised how they act together. We have 2 cats that hate dogs. One will chase the dog. Nope your not. I dont want to lose them all but the side ones have to go.:noway: I was once a 32 almost A. I didnt have to wear bras. It was nice. Now that I have them I wish they were much smaller.

Me too. Sometimes I need a good kick in the @ss. Either because I didnt exercise or had a bad choice day. Im 48 , 5'3.5" and weigh over 200 pounds. I love to walk. But like to sleep more. We can help each other. :wink: Please feel free to add me.
