  • Second what lovemybabes3 suggested. I'd also add that I enjoy pita crisps and small pieces of cheese, Greek yogurt, or small pieces of chocolate (sorry, but there's really no way I could completely give up chocolate - I'm just way more mindful of what kind I eat and how much).
  • I wouldn't necessarily consider myself a runner, though I have ran two half marathons. I found the short to mid-distance runs I was fine, though the longer runs made my knees and legs a bit more sore.
  • Currently liking a whole wheat English muffin with a tiny bit of butter on one side, an egg*, 1 slice of Sargento ultra thin cheese, and a piece of fruit. * Crack egg into a ramekin, cover with paper towel, throw in microwave for about 40 seconds on high - super easy and quick.
  • Agree, try different brands - and try different fat contents (I absolutely cannot do Chobani, or any non 0% fat brand, except Tillamook). Also, there are a good amount of ways to use Greek yogurt in savory cooking, especially as a substitute. One of my favorite recipes is a curry chicken salad made with plain greek yogurt.…
  • It may not be the best, but I allow myself 1 day where I just don't pay attention to calories, nutrition, etc. If I'm already cranky and feel horrible, sometimes that candy bar and pint of ice cream is what I want, damn it. But, I then wake up the next morning and do my best to stay on track that day.
  • I was going to say almost exactly this - it's a Hungry Girl recipe - she has it without breadcrumbs, which is how I prefer it.
  • Egg noodles with a little bit of butter, pink himalayan salt, broccoli, and Tyson's steak strips, with just a bit of Asiago shredded on top. SUPER lazy, but delicious.
