My husband does this diet every 6 months or so. He clearly loses fat & gains muscle, evidence in his body fat %. He's very fit anyways but it's amazing the difference in his body & the changes in muscle normally stick with him even after off the diet. It seems to sort of kick start the results he's looking for. He is…

I use it every day. About once I week I use a lot of it, otherwise I only use a few pumps, massage my scalp well and brush it through to soak in while I finish showering. I cannot go more than a day without washing my hair! My hair is fabulous with Wen. However, I've started mixing in some less expensive alternatives (hair…

My mom has crohn's disease. They say no alcohol but beer actually helps settle her stomach. Things that cause her flare ups are seeds (ex: sesame seeds) and things with a skin (tomatoes, squash, etc), there are others but these are the main ones. She can eat some things in moderation and some things she has to stay away…

Kashi, Organic Annie's, all the ones I eat are under 150 cals. Target has a lot of good variety, including low cal and more natural ones.

Lightweight breathable shirts/tanks & shorts, clothes that have a barely there feeling. I go for running shorts with 'bloomers'. Thin & lightweight sports bras (Not blessed, but blessed in my opinion, in the boob dept) love Target's Polar FT4 heart rate monitor Arm band for my Iphone - I run the C25k app, Runkeeper & some…

You have to find the right scent/version for your hair type. I'm a Wen girl too, buy it from QVC! :) I have to wash my hair every day, I just feel gross otherwise. I wish I could go every other day! I've been 100% satisfied since day 1. Apparently you are supposed to be able to go longer between washes with Wen. I do…

I also bought my Polar FT4 from bodytronics.com on Tuesday, received it Thursday, same price. LOVE IT as well!! Better than the Sportline that I had paid $120 for!

I think c25k is great. I finally have my motivation to stick with it this time. I have found out that running is more mentally challenging than physically challenging, for me at least. I've been going back & forth with the app for about 3 months now, I kept repeating weeks 1 & 2, getting to week 3 & dropping back down.…

Return the Sportline & get a Polar! That's exactly what I just did. Sportline also wouldn't keep accurate distance. I got the Polar FT4 (bodytronics.com $60-ish!!!) & downloaded Runkeeper on my phone, now I feel very accurate for heart rate, distance & calories burned!

Absolutely get fitted! But be careful. I went to two different running stores & was put in stability shoes bc I overpronate (ankles roll in) but I have high arches & those two things don't typically go together. While my overpronation was fixed I was having arch pain but since I went to two different running stores and was…

I am actually in love with the Skinny Cow chocolate fudge brownie ice cream. Hubby (who wont come near healthy/diet food) & I will split a single serving and will both actually be satisfied! :) & they are expense, but it's worth the price vs me being faced with an entire gallon, as least this way I get to eat the ENTIRE…

http://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/07/oven-fried-chicken.html Except I use chicken breasts, cut into strips. Any type of flake cereal will work, and I used less mayo. My calories came out to approx 130 per serving vs. 170. :)

I have a heart mumur, started having breathing & dizziness issues which the doctors thought were related to the murmur but after several tests & blood work I found out that I had a B12 deficiency. I suggest going to the doctor and getting a regular physical checkup, including blookwork! :)
