  • I'm right outside of Charlotte :)
  • The one from Target is for males, may be large. http://www.bodytronics.com/p/polar_heart_rate_monitors/POFT4 Women's is $63 here!
  • You're more than welcome to add me as a friend! I have been consistently logging everything every day. Even on bad days, why lie to myself? Plus it makes me think a little more about it. I've found having active MFP buddies encourages my logging, which encourages my healthy eating & working out. I shouldn't care about what…
  • LOVE my food scale! It amazed me the things I was under-estimating and then the things I was over-estimating. I was eating about half the protein I thought I was. I pretty much weigh everything now & don't find it a hassle at all. I get satisfaction out of knowing my #'s are accurate! :)
  • The "slower" exercises comment made me laugh. I completely agree with the two others above. It would probably do your body good to build some real muscle! I attend a bootcamp every day (similar to insanity style) and it's anything but "slow". I've actually seen improvement in my running abilities because of it and I only…
  • I'm 5'2" SW 126 CW 122 GW ~ not really sure...just trying to get in shape & be healthy! Feel free to add me. I like have friends of similar statures. :)
  • We are the same age. Recommended max HR is 192 I think. It isn't uncommon for me to hit my max. One big thing I noticed that I affects it is my breathing, you've got to keep it under control and it will steady your HR. Also, like morkiemama said, you'll notice that your average HR lowers as your fitness level increases. :)…
  • CoverGirl Lash Blast Waterproof all day, every day for me! I've tried pretty much every other brand out there, cheap to expensive & always come back to this one. I've received compliments on my eyelashes for many years. **But the real trick to eyelashes is an eyelash curler! :)
  • My suggestions... Start by drinking a lot more water! At least 64 ounces a day, plus more with exercise! Switch to greek yogurt, makes a huge difference in keeping you full. There are tons of options to choose from too. Quit eating those silly smart ones, I'd have to eat 3 to even feel like I was slightly full. It's much…
  • You guys look awesome!! Congrats!
  • Under by 192 :) Got 782 from my early morning workout!!
  • I'm 5'2" & 125ish. Trying to lose some fat, gain some muscle & feel great! Feel free to add me. It's great to have friends with similar body types. I attend a bootcamp 4-6 days a week and try to run 3+ miles at least once.
  • I log everything! Logging makes you more conscious of everything you put in your mouth. Say you only eat & don't log one chip & dip now, one mini candy bar later, a couple peanuts, a grape or two, a piece of gum... you could easily add 100 calories without even realizing.

  • If I have any type of toast or sandwich, I spread avocado instead of butter/mayo/etc.
  • We're pretty close on CW & GW :) Age: 28 Height: 5'2" SW: 125ish CW: 125ish (been fluctuating for several months) GW: 115 I really just want to get fit and feel good, the number on the scale isn't as important to me. I'm more comfortable at my current weight as I've begun to see huge improvements in my fitness level! Turn…
  • I can't imagine that anything that would give me a headache would be good for anyone! I'd much rather make sure I have the calorie room for real sugar or honey over substituting with any of that crap.
  • Probably the battery! Do you take the transmitter off of the strap after use?
  • saving for later! Maybe these will turn out better than the last ones I tried...
  • I REALLY didn't want to get up for boot camp this morning. But it was at 5am, I got out of bed at 4:45 & still made it on time & it's an 11 minute drive! So happy I went anyways! Also, it's my second day without having some kind of sweet (fruit doesn't count). I have a BAD sweet tooth, a candy jar in my office an awesome…
  • For the strap, the back wouldn't come off of my FT4 transmitter, so ordered the Polor H1 strap that's made with an easily replaceable battery! :) As for the watch itself, any jewelry store will be able to replace the battery. I actually do mine. The type of battery needed should be printed on the back of your watch. Wasn't…
  • Log it as cardio 'strength training'. Strength training log is basically a tracker of your reps & weight, not calories burned. Get a heart rate monitor to really log the amounts you've burned.
  • I ordered it! I currently have the iPhone 4, not 4S, so it will be an upgrade to me! I LOVE my iphone. I HATE my husbands droid, he's switching to iPhone too. One of the reasons we ordered is because we want to change service providers anyways. I use it for working out, run c25k, runkeeper, and music all at the same time.…
  • We always call each other 'babe', when we have to actually say our real first names in public it actually feels odd. Half the time I just yell babe from across the store, if that doesn't work then I go for his second nickname 'hott stuff'. I nicknamed him Hott Stuff and he's always called me 'Princess'. It's how we're in…
  • Same here! Makes it easy to grab & go as well. But I do usually eat something else at the same time, it probably isn't enough of a snack for me and I'll end up gobbling them up instantly. I eat yogurt or fruit at the same time and alternate bites between the two. Ends up very filling and still low cal.
  • ^^^ This!! I think it's one of the best spinach dips I've ever had and just so happens to be the healthiest! I buy a lot of snacks from there, my other favorite things - nuts, granola bars, dips, salsas, cheese, pizza dough.
  • 2012 Ford Fusion SEL - Red, tan leather, tinted windows, plus all the fun stuff already mentioned! LOVE my car!
  • Very common elliptical side effect. However, better shoes helped me. Also found out I had a slight B12 deficiency too, since that's been corrected I hardly ever have numb toes.
  • ‎90 day challenge: Eat NATURAL & healthy foods, stay within your calorie limits, and drink WATER. Workout 5-6 days a week. After 90 days...what do you think will happen? If you'd like to pay me for this info you can mail me a check. :) Ill use it to purchase a new car. Personally, I'd rather have real food. Or make my own…
