Jack Daniels Grilled Chicken. I *love* the Jack Daniels sauce! Numerous places peg it at "around 500 calories", which for a restaurant meal isn't bad.

I have Asic cross trainers too, for the same reasons. Where did you get the jazz shoes? Are they supportive? The Asics are shredding my carpet doign Zumba!

If you have the $$, I agree with P90X and Zumba. Or you could even just rent the JM videos through Netflix, and maybe your library. Shred is awesome, but only 20 minutes, so only 200-300 calories. Burn Fat, Boost Metabolism burns more calories since it's almost an hour long. Couple it with No More Trouble Zones for a…

Find out what kind of veggies she does/doesn't like - I hate most of them, including tomatoes! I swear this pickiness borders on an ED!

I hate plain water too, and drink Crystal Light and Ocean Spray mixes. I never log them, but if you're finely tracking you may want to. Honestly the up and down to refill the bottle every time probably burns those 40 calories

Wow...I didn't know I was coming over for lunch! Haha! That sounds exactly like me!!! Safe foods for me: Reuben sandwiches (rye bread, fat free thousand island, sauerkraut, reduced fat swiss cheese) Boneless, skinless chicken breast marinated in either Wishbone Italian or Soy Vai Island Teriyaki - then grilled or chopped in…

Bananas are filling, but you don't want to eat several a day. Grapes, baby carrots, and popcorn (don't add butter and salt!) are great if you feel munchy. Sugar free jello is great. Laughing cow cheeses are good, too.

I fluctuate so much that a few pounds up and down throughout a week (or a day!) are not uncommon. So I record it only if it sticks around for a couple weeks. I agree about not feeling like I deserve congrats when the site announces I lose those back again.

I did the rest of the BL and Jillian vids - I liked the BL Last Chance and BFBM (Burn Fat Boost Metabolism) and NMTZ (No More Trouble Zones) videos best. From there, I got into kickboxing for a while (10 Minute Solution has a good one, and there is a Kathy Smith one I like). By the time I got bored with all that, I got…

"802.11 ensures that clients will be able to move associations between the access points in the same SSID, but network architects must build the network to support mobile clients."

Are you on any medications? Some meds will slow your metabolism and make it virtually impossible to lose..and often they make you gain. So all your hard work could be resulting in maintenance where you would otherwise have gained.

I bought it for the Wii last week and have done it every day since! I'm chronically uncoordinated and would probably hurt people if I did a class! LOL! But it is so much fun! At home you can screw up and look goofy and no one but the kids and the cats will see you. I did the 45 Minute Intermediate Class 1 today and burned…

I'm in the same boat. I keep floating into the 170s, kill myself to get to 160 (GW 145-150), then oh-so-easily get back into the 170s. ARGH!

On the legal side  ...If you have Netflix, you can rent any of the Biggest Loser or Jillian Michaels DVDs...they have some great beginner (and intermediate) weight training stuff in their programs. A few of my faves are 30 Day Shred, No More Trouble Zones, and Last Chance Workout. They all incorporate cardio and…

Make sure you stretch you calves as often as possible....a tight achilles can cause many foot problems. Hang your heels off a step; bend your knees alternately while in downward dog position; flex your feet (pull your toes if you can) in a seated, straight-legged, forward fold. If it persists, go see a doctor. It could be…

I am soooo ravenous the week before. Not just cravings or munchies..my stomach is growling! It's unbearable! I was thinking of trying an appetite supressant just during this time - like Dexatrim or something. Anyone had any success and no side effects from any OTC? I also gain 2 lbs overnight. It used to be more like 5,…

I quit smoking 2 years ago after 20 years (I started at 14! So it basically felt like my whole life). It was so hard to get over the mental triggers..but it can be done. Gum is an option, of course, but that's not always satisfying. I chewed pen caps and straws...not great for your teeth but helps the oral cravings .…

OMG This site is hilarious! Thanks for the link!

There are tons of posts on this topic if you do a search for HRM, but I have a Polar F11 and I love it and find it very consistent.

I got super naseaous the first couple weeks and could barely eat. That went away, though by the end of the first month. I wish it would have stayed somewhat (maybe to a lesser degree though), because it was a great appetite suppressant and the Lyrica I take with it has the opposite effect! Haha!

I *try* not to take any days off. Then, when there is a day or two during the week when I can't manage to workout, I don't feel so guilty. I just tell myself I'll be back at it tomorrow.

I've tried Mango Peach - it's OK. Kind of an odd aftertaste. The Sweet Tea is more sweet than tea, but I guess it's a personal preference. I plan to try the others, too. Always looking for something new.

I started working out with 30DS after a very long hiatus. I did it almost every day, and it did get boring (and I hated L2..too many planks!). Then it got to be where 20 minutes wasn't enough for me, so after that initial 30 (which primed me for anything else), I moved on. I think Shred is best for getting back into basic…

Thank you!

What have you found with Stevia in it? I really want to try it but I don't see any products out there. Amazon has a couple mixes available, but they look very heavily colored and the reviews say they're bitter.

I guess I'm either a freak and no one knows what I'm talking about..or this got buried in the "recent posts". Bumping my own post hoping someone has an idea?

Haha! True! We are the foremost leaders in chemical and processed food-like-substances! Not to mention the 99 cent 1000 calorie meals! We make it cheap AND easy to be fat!

Fantastic link! Thanks! Although, it does reinforce the stereotype about British food being nasty

Regarding the JM Yoga - as someone who has done yoga for a long time (11 yrs - on and off but definitely enough to know what I"m doing), I *hate* her yoga disc. It's way too hard for someone who isn't conditioned for yoga (most of her target audience) and she spends no time going over proper form, so I actually consider…
