Almost half way through this weeks challenge guys! Keep it up! What all have you turned down this week? I sent my hubby out for edys slow churned icecream and had to say no chocolate :-(. He's never heard that before!

Bumblebee makes little packages of pre seasoned tuna with crackers. I had the lemon pepper it was pretty good. Next time I'll prolly make it myself and use whole grain crackers. It came with Ritz - ew!

All I could think about while reading this was .. All that wasted food! Lol. Taste everything but don't finish it? How does this teach you better eating habits for life?

I guess I never posted for myself! I'm 161.8 and goal for Saturday is 160.5. Anything would be great I cannot move passed .8!

when your doing high impact moves like that try to really focus on coming down NOT coming down on your heels. Try to stay on the balls of your heels through the movement. Now your calves are really gonna burn but when you build up your calf muscles it will be easier.

After getting to level two on 30 day shred, I wanted more cardio so I got her fat blaster metabolism DVD or whatever its called and I did one in morning and one at night. I have been drinking soy milk for years and recently made the switch to almond milk. Too much soy in the diet can be a bad thing. Thank you so much! So basically I need to work out more and eat more? You say I need to eat 1500-1700 calories but only net 1200 Calories a day so I need to workout and burn 300-500 calories a day?
