  • For me 1200 is very difficult. MFP set it for me. I thought I was failure for going over on most days. Kudos to everyone who is doing it! I am 5'' 6' and weigh 127. I am only looking to loose like 5lbs so my clothes fit better.....can't afford a wardrobe change. I know logging the food before I eat would help.
  • There is such an emotional aspect about food. And some foods are like drugs. For the emotional eating I try to get what is spinning in my head and overwhelming me out. It maybe as simple as writing it down and seeing that it is not the difficult when listed out. Or maybe I am trying to do too and I need to make changes.…
