I will join you! I had started this at the beginning of the year, swearing off regular sodas entirely and limiting myself to one diet drink each week. I made it 2 months before falling off the wagon and drinking a regular soda. I'll join you and try to stay focused this time. No sodas at all! I'll send you a friend request…

I make a chicken dish about 5 times a week. These are our family favorites (the calorie content is relatively low depending upon accessories): 1) Lemon Pepper Chicken - cut a breast in half and sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over both sides. Bake for 30 mins on 400. 2) Oven Fried Chicken - cut a breast in four pieces. In…

I use Splenda Blend in EVERYTHING! You only use 1/2 of what you would for pure sugar and it tastes great to me. Try using light cream cheese and lite cool whip to also lower the calories.

I attempted Weight Watcher's last May and lost 30 lbs in 5 months. In 3 months, I gained 17 of those pounds back. I've been on MFP for 4 weeks now and have lost 10.6 lbs so far. Having experienced both, I much prefer MFP. Counting calories is MUCH easier than calculating points. Dinner under WW became a chore because of…

I really like Leslie Sansone's walking DVD's. She has a wide assortment and her 1 mile easy walk is only 20 minutes long. If you ramp up the speed and do her 1 mile brisk walk, it's only 12 minutes. I do one of her walks Monday-Friday during my lunch break at work. The best thing about her dvd's is that you can go at your…

I LOVE sweets and know that I would be miserable if I was "forbidden" to have my dessert after dinner. What I do is figure out how to have something sweet for as few calories as possible. This is the only way that I don't feel deprived and therefore am able/willing to stay motivated to lose weight. I've listed a couple of…

I just had Pizza Hut on Sunday for my "splurge day." I chose a Pepperoni Personal Pan 6" pizza and a side salad. The 6" personal pan pizza's only have from 550-610 calories depending upon toppings. It satisfied my craving for pizza and kept me under my calorie goal for the day!

This is always a favorite among friends: Chocolate Pie 2 Low Fat Graham Cracker pie shell 1 Family Size Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding mix (make with fat free milk to save on the calories) 1 Light Cool Whip Make the pudding as directed on the box (so far no one has been able to tell that I use sugar free pudding mix or fat…

I also have a sweet tooth. For me, my weakness is chocolate. For roughly 98 calories, you can have a S'More using 1 Large Marshmallow, 2 Honey Graham crackers, and 2 small pieces of Hershey's chocolate. That's my go to for a filling chocoloate dessert.

I wasn't aware that Zumba made a wii program. That's cool! For those of you who have tried it, would you recommend the program on the wii or the actual dvd's? Also, can a person with absolutely no rhythm be able to do Zumba? :)
