Great idea! I've been worried about buying clothes that I know will only be journey clothes...not GOAL clothes...and I don't want to spend a ton of money on em. I'm gonna give myself another 20 before I start buying...even though my current clothes is already saggin!

I've been CrossFitting for almost 2 months now...am down nearly 25 lbs when nothing else had worked in the past. I'm a firm believer! Eating a paleo lifestyle has also made a HUGE difference! Interesting articles though! Thanks for posting...it serves as an extra added bonus and confirmation that I am doing the right thing…

I've been doing Paleo and was strict with a 21 day challenge through my crossfit bootcamp...I lost 21 lbs in 21 days and in the past I had NEVER EVER lost that much doing ANYTHING! I firmly believe in the program and still continue to do it - although I haven't been "as good" for the past few weeks...I'm gonna try to lose…
