I think everyone is different. I see most people say 15 lbs. I have lost 20 pounds, but I havent lost a size yet. Pants are lose. Shirts are fine. But still not a size smaller.

Thats a great Idea. I was tinkering with my liquid measuring cups and my dry cups. Next time I'll weight it out. My dry 1/3 c was looking at liquid 1/4th a cup. Good To Know.

I Made Quick Oats last night and ate them today. I added 1/3 cup of old fashioned oats, and a small 7 oz bottle of Low Fat Mixed Berry Smoothie from Aldi's. I added a few frozen berries to it. It was soo good. But i wasn't filled up- I ate a cheese stick.

You really should not cut down that fast if your were upwards of 5000. Just not healthy for your body- You will shock it. I havent set a time goal, but my first goal is to drop under 300. Thats a loss of 25 pounds. I will do this by making smarter choices, keeping under my calorie budget, not eating the calories that I gain back from exercise, upping my water intake, and lowering my sugar intake.

This is actually another question. I have no problem eating salads and soups and veggies. But I am more a quantity person. I always have been . What can I eat a lot of without feeling guilty? Besides the obvious celery, carrots, and water.

Right here. I looking at loosing 145 or more. I'm currently at 325. I have been calorie counting and starting to exercise for about 3 weeks, the first week and half was rough, but I'm definitely doing better.
