Eh. Im not really into the whole ripped abs thing. I like people larger than i, but because it makes me feel safe. I have dated skinny and dated fat. I think i was equally attracted to both. it's the person that i fall in love with not the appearance.

I vary from day to day. Usually if im at work - I have a good 4-6 meals a day. If it's the weekend, I'm less careful with my calories and i might have 1-3 meals. I like homemade salsa or pico de gallo. Not the jarred stuff, I want all the real deal veggies so im getting flavor all in one. And plenty of lime juice too. Besides that- I use to just eat Red Wine Vinegar on my lettuce at work when i was doing the atkins.

I am now at 97 pounds to lose- but it minues well be 100. I started with 145 pounds to lose. And to date I have lost 54 pounds. All of that has been since i joined MFP. I have a great community of friends on here also, and they always welcome new friends. Feel Free to add me.

I had 4 oz of Roast Turkey I made this weekend, with broccolli and cauliflower steamed in the Micro with lemon Pepper seasoning. I also had a bit of my famous Black bean and Corn salad. 266 Calories. Not bad at all.
