So I guess people Like T. Colin Campbell, Caldwell Esselstyn, and John McDougall are just boobs that didn't do their research.........It's simple, if it's not for you, don't do it. It works for some, and some strive on it!(me included!) It's amazing how all the "experts" chime in on being vegan when they haven't…

Obviously, you haven't looked deep enough for the info, it's there......But if someone puts themselves in a box and won't look outside of it, then there is things they will not be able to see....Raw Vegan: Nature's Path to Bodybuilding, is one book I'm aware of. Several books available on this topic.

Humanely slaughtered? I would love to hear that explanation.....There ia as much about soy being ok as there is it not. I've done 3 rounds of P90X and 2 rounds of Insanity...I'll take Insanity everyday of the week and twice on Sunday, over P90X! Less talk, more work and faster results!!!! Shaun T. packs more of a workout in less time than Tony Horton.....Tony is awesome but, Insanity is definitely where it's at!

For example, I'm 42, So 180 minus 42 is 138. If your healthy and not prone to injury, you can add 5 beats(143). Many formulas exist. I found…
