after coming down the stairs,go back up & come back down for no reason. extra cleaning around the house.. because with four kids it always needs it!

sahmomma here in ohio! i have four ranging from 13-1 so if i am not chauferring,cooking,cleaning,referreeing or just plan & simply hugging, i have to get my me time/exercise in!

5'3.5 here. before having kids i was 135 and was quit happy with that.i got down to 125 at one point and for an african american that is small:}, i looked like i had an eating disorder. But for right now, my next goal is 160!

welcome! cant help u much with the hyperthroidism but as a nursing mom of an 11 wk old, i have to say im here to support. make sure u add me as a freind if ud like and dont forget to add in your nursing calories everyday. we burn 3-500 calories just for feeding our babies! :smile: just type in breastfeeding in the food…

alot of zumba lovers,including myself,log it as aerobic {high impact}. used to log as dance but wasnt getting nearly as much calories burned as the zumba website says you should. although, the best option for sure is to just get a hrm.happy zumbaing!!!:smile:

i do zumba 3-4 days a wk and it is awesome! i actually tried a different 30 min. ab class today and felt like i wanted more after it was over because of how much i workout with zumba. if u love to dance, this is for sure u!

wow im so glad u all posted this because ive been logging as dance modern twist and getting 350-450 calories burned! i knew i was burning way more!!!

DITTO! did zumba for an hr it said i only burned 72 cal. WHAT!

:love: new here but had 2 chime in! LOVE IT! did it today, doing it 3-4xs wk, and find myself doing the moves while walking around the house or preparing dinner! ha! even more calories burned!:love:
