  • With certain classes (like Body Pump), I burn about 650 in 50-60 minutes. So, I would say it could be possible if it was a pretty hard work out.

  • Love Zumba, but it IS about dancing. So, if you aren't looking to dance, then I wouldn't go. For me, I hate exercise. I love to dance though. So, Zumba is perfect for me. I am getting in a workout without hating it!
  • I definitely second a menu/food plan. This has saved us a lot of money by simply planning exactly what we are going to eat. I also look at the sale ads. If boneless skinless chicken breast is on sale, then that is what is on the menu lol

  • I have noticed that as I lose weight, my calories here on My Fitness Pall automatically adjust. I first started at 1680. I have lost 16.6 lbs now and it has lowered a few times. I'm to 1600 now. It's a gradual change, but it does adjust :)
