I AM AN EMOTIONS BASED BINGER. I HAVE IT ON HOLD RIGHT NOW. I FIND IT IS NOT SUCH A PROBLEM WHEN I TALK TO MY CLOSE FRIEND ABOUT MY FEELING AND EMOTIONS. TALKING ABOUT MY PROBLEMS RATHER THAN TRYING TO EAT THEM IS PREFERABLE. THE SCALE CONCURS. :laugh:

RECENTLY IT WAS POINTED OUT TO ME THAT THE FRUITS I LOVE...BANANAS, PINEAPPLE AND CHERRIES CARRY A LOT OF CARBS. I STARTED CHOOSING OTHER FRUIT SUCH AS RASPBERRIES, WATERMELON, STRAWBERRIES AND KIWI. I BLEND THEM WITH 0% FAT UNFLAVORED YOGURT. I LOVE IT, AND THEY HAVE A LOT LESS CALORIES.

MODERATION WHAT IS THAT? IF I HAVE A LITTLE I WANT MORE. I AM A BING JUNK FOOD CONSUMER. ESPECIALLY IN THE EVENING. I HAVE USED FOOD AS A COMFORTER FOR YEARS. NOW I NEED TO FIND HEALTHIER CHOICES. I THINK I'LL TRY MODERATION WITH A SWEET TREAT EACH DAY FOR A WEEK AND SEE HOW THAT WORKS FOR ME. THANKS FOR THE SUGGESTION.
