  • It's ok to do a light workout, just listen to your body and if you're feeling too overworked, slow it down. It'll get the blood flowing and boost your immune system to flush out the illness faster.

  • I have this workout, but I use it as a "filler". I'm doing Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred right now, I do her workout and another one after it. The filler workout changes every day. Denise's workout is a good one, good luck with it! I hope someone here joins up with you to do it every day. Keep us posted on your progress!

  • When that happens to me, I up the workouts and don't weigh myself for a couple weeks. It is frustrating to know you're working so hard yet the scale fights you. Keep at it and the weight loss will start again. Just make sure you are eating enough so your body doesn't go into starvation mode and make you gain.
