I added over 90 minutes today, but only logged that many. 3.25 mile hike with the hubby and kids, then 30 minutes of stepping while watching the Grammys. :)

I'm in, too! I did one hour tonight, and I'll go back in my exercise log and see what else I've done so far. Great idea!!

I did an hour of Pilates without stopping or modifying the exercises to be easier. Yeah me! The bike riding...I get it. Nice! Push ups are NO fun...but great to tone those arms. Aim for two!!

I weigh in daily just so I can keep focused. Does anyone know how to log the 30 day shred in the exercise log? I'm wondering! I find Jillian scary on The Biggest Loser as well. I breathe in and out regularly, but if you are quickly running out of breath, maybe try slowing your pace a bit until you build up more stamina. It gets easier as you go, and before you know it, you'll look up and you've started running longer distances without discomfort. :)

If you are eatling less than 600 calories a day, you are in starvation mode. Follow the calorie guidelines on this website and you'll see losses and you'll be doing it the right way. If you starve yourself, once you start eating normally again, you'll put weight right back on.
