I stopped tracking, and was fine for a while, but a couple of pounds crept back on, so I'm back to logging. I am pretty sure that tracking my exercise helps a lot, too...just for me personally.

WOW buddy....that sucks. It seems to hurt the most coming from family, doesn't it? I started losing weight due to stress and then illness...dropped a few lbs, liked how I was starting to look, then did the rest with better eating and exercise. I've had family members either not say anything at all...or ask if I'm eating at…

Sounds like a great way to live. I wish you luck, as I know it might be difficult at times (when you visit others, or are out and about). Your body will love you for it. *I personally do not eat a diet this extreme, but realize the commitment that you are making and admire your efforts.
