So, I was walking the dog today and, as I usually do (for no reason that I have been able to figure out), I was sliding my free hand up and down the side of my torso. And, suddenly, I realized that I could no longer pinch and really get a grip on the side of my gut! Kind of a dumb thing to notice, but I felt pretty good about it!
