Stay your course and stay away from the scale. Remember these plateaus go both ways up and down the scale so they are also your ally if you're having a few binge days. The drop in weight you get after the plateau makes up for the period of time you were stuck at a certain weight. Keep at it!!!

That a lot of people will ask how you are, kinda insinuating that you must be sick. It seems easier for them to understand weight loss from sickness rather than pure determination.

I'm in Hamilton, sorry not interested in working out but online motivation and continuing to lose as I'm kinda at the end of my weight loss journey and I'm finding it hard to keep going. Motivation is key lets help each other

92 pounds, started at 317 now 225 I started the day after Canadian Thanksgiving, or October 17 2013. It averages about 3.5 pounds a week. I've not exercised at all but do have a fairly active job.
