  • I haven't read a bunch of the other blah! blah! blah! And I think she looks wonderful!!! How fit and strong! What a model for our young women today. But I find it interesting that the ideal of the hourglass figure is gone with her as a model. Not a bad idea as I think most women do not have that structure.

  • I did rows in the water today with foam barbells(they are equal to 8lbs on land) I love what they do for shoulder blades and backs.
  • I have a fitbit zip, and I really like it. Syncs well with MFP and it makes me more conscious of how much I am moving.

  • I learned that carrying around emotional pain for years is not productive. Intellectually I knew this but this weekend I think I finally actually felt it.
