I made this last night for dinner. It was scrumptious!!!! I upped the level of herbs and spices - more to our tastes. I love cabbage rolls but never want to spend the time making them. This is a welcome addition to my "favorite" recipe list.

Another egg salad idea. Mash 1 hard boiled egg with 1/2 c cottage cheese. Add a little minced onion and pickle. The best part add about 2t pickle juice and mix well. Excellent sandwich filling.

Mix 2Tbl cottage cheese with 2Tbl whipped cream cheese. Spread on one toasted multi grain waffle. On a second toasted waffle spread no sugar fruit preserves. Place together like a sandwich for breakfast. about 310 calories. very yummy

I love yoga! You've gotten some really good advice. The only thing I would add is don't forget to breathe!! Sometimes in advanced classes the instructor forgets to remind the students to breathe. If you do breathe you will be able to stay in poses longer and stretch further. I hope you have a great workout.

You are eating way too few calories. Your body metabolism turns off when you are too low. It does that because it thinks it is starving(which it is).

Thank you so much for posting your story and your pictures. You are a true inspiration to all of us who want to do it without surgery. I'm sorry you don't like the term journey. I feel that my whole life is a "journey" and it will only end when I die. I have been to some amazing places real and metaphorical in my trek!
