Mines has got to be, eating more of the right food less of the treats. Also getting more active and learning to love the gym. Tracking food and exercise has been so helpful to me, as has being part of the online community through MFP and tumblr. Finally, water and green tea are my best friends!

Hi! I'm moving to Abbotsford in January to live as an AuPair for a year, I'm not sure if that counts as Metro Vancouver, as I don't know Canada very well but I know it's quite close by and would love to get to know others living in the area to help me continue my progress when I move. L X

I'm 5ft 3'' and i'd consider myself short, MFP recommended 1200 calories but my BMR is actually between 1200-1700. I think 1200 is a little low, but it depends on the types of food you're eating too, of course!

I don't claim to be an expert, but it sounds like perhaps you could boost your intake a little. Have you calculated your BMR? When I first started losing i was eating 1200 a day, when I went up to 1500 i really noticed results! Good luck! :D

Does baby powder work all day? I currently wear leggings cut to short-length under skirts and dresses but that's a bit annoying.

I'd love one, but at the moment I'm still waiting for the all clear from the doctor, as I'm on blood-thinners and no one is quite sure if it would end up being too messy. But I have designed one for when I'm finally allowed.
