Hmm, not quite sure where to begin. I have a rare blood disease which causes my blood to clot, I had a blood clot in my brain at 12. At 18 I developed lupus as a result of it. I tend to relax at the weekends, I always have a couple of treats, to celebrate a good week. I also make good use of the free time and always go to the gym on a sunday.

Height aside, I think we're pretty similar! 5ft3" SW 198 CW 173 GW 140 I log literally everything I eat and drink, including cheat days. I think I'm pretty supportive overall. Feel free to add :)

Don't wear make up when working out (if you do already) as it will clog your pores. Whenever i get spots, i put a dab of toothpaste on a piece of paper towel and put it on the spot overnight, dries them right up!

I only weigh myself once a week. Every saturday before breakfast. Saturday is my cheat day which works pretty well!

However it sounds like she may need her self esteem boosted a little, so try to make an effort to give her lots of compliments for little things, about how she looks and also the things she does, just to help her feel more like herself again. It may be possible, but weight fluctuates daily, so I personally wouldn't weigh myself every day and definitely wouldn't log those results. I weigh myself once a week, on the same day and at the same time. I can weigh myself, eat breakfast and be 2lb heavier!
