  • Hi, I have lost over 100lbs so far and working on the last 15... I do lots of veggies and fruit.. and eggs, fish and beef just stay away from oil if you can.. and eat every 2 hrs.. I carry fruit and nuts at all times to snack on and it works.. odd.. but I do eat more now and have lost because of my eating habit changes..
