People condition themselves to whatever they want, then justify it or make excuses. I've learned over time, if you want to do more in life you gotta give up something somewhere, and time/sleep is an easy one. Most people sleep WAY more than they need to (just like we eat more than we really need to). To be more dynamic and…

We are on about the same plan. In out defense, we bought the house so we could have an area for the wife's Mom when she was going through cancer and lived with us. Now though...just waiting for the boys to finish school and we are out...if I can wait that long. Minimum will be 5 years, but could be up to 8.

Working out is a means to an end for my competitive tennis play, so that is probably the top thing I do for fun and personal achievement. Also spend a lot of time outdoors. I really enjoy DIY projects and working on stuff.

Another bout of down sizing people and things in my life so I can focus on what is important. IC, it is an odd time in life for me right now.

It came into my life for father's day this last year and while I was able to move on from what I had been managing with since I was 18 (apparently once you've had black....you can move on, and they are not the biggest), I am STILL trying to get things organized and remember just where all my stuff is. Getting better....and…

You just recently came into my life, and everything changed. I had been managing and thinking I had everything I could need, and I didn't even know there could be more. I thought my life was full, but you showed me how much more I could have. You opened things up for me and allowed me to do new things and add more in my…

Echoing what others above mention. Just find heavy things around you at home. Lift them consistently. Workout done.

Find simple routines to start that work larger muscle groups. Work into it over a few weeks to mitigate muscle soreness a bit and make sure you are drinking a lot of water. Only do weight and exercises at a level you can control and maintain proper form. Then build from there. Find things that you like doing and that makes…

That is flavor, not grease. Heathens.

Water for anything less than an hour, or maybe even an hour and a half plus a banana. Over that I might use a little G-raide powder in my water, but not much, just to get sodium back up and still eat a banana.
