I think you're talking about Emerald. The cocoa ones are really chocolately - yum!

I have a 1/4 cup of natural roasted, no salt almonds every morning on the way to work. I get mine from Giant Eagle from their Nature's Basket brand.

It could be water retention. I remember learning that your muscles will swell a bit after working out and your body will sometimes retain water. But this was when I was still in school a few years ago... so I don't know if it still holds up.

Congrats!! It can be really hard to cut something out! I also use Truvia in my tea and coffee and I drink Pepsi One (which is sweetened with Splenda, but you still get all those other chemicals usually found in sodas).

Oatmeal, maybe? I think the best bet might be something with peanut butter or some other protein. Good luck!!

Apple and peanut butter. Yogurt and grapes. 1 piece of bread and peanut butter. Laughing cow cheese and Special K crackers. Popcorn. An egg with salsa. Luna bar (with tea!). Yogurt and granola. It all depends. These aren't sugar free, but it isn't added sugar (depending on brands/types you use).

This is what I was thinking as I read the OP.

Hah.. I told my boyfriend I was going to wear my HRM to bed. He laughed at me, but figured as long as there was still sex, he was okay with it. ;p (Edit: No, I haven't done it yet.)

I pee something like 6 times a day during my work shifts and probably 4 or 5 more times at home. I drink more water while I am at work moving around than at home, relaxing a bit. I'll have 6-8 cups of water during my work shift, 10 oz green tea, and a 12 oz can of soda. But I eat every couple of hours, too, so I get…

My favorite snack is granola with 1/2 cup 1% milk. YUM! But.. I'm obsessed with granola. Oh - that means my vote is for cereal, I guess.. haha.

Not always true. For me, it was underestimating my burn (increasingly more inaccurate with longer workouts). But, yes, HRM.

I was weighing myself twice a day to watch fluctuations, but got obsessed with it and was told to stop by my counselor and personal trainer. Harder than it sounds, but it worked. I weigh myself mid-day Fridays before my training sessions and it has become a source of inspiration to work hard for the next weigh in. It can…

I get Chinese probably once every week and a half/two weeks with my boyfriend and his grandmother. I always get whatever dish I want (orange chicken, spicy chicken, etc). I just ask for the chicken and veg steamed with my sauce on the side. I only end up using 1-2 Tbsp of sauce when I dip and nothing else is fried,…

Wow!! You look amazing!! I'm 5'8" and weigh 176 and there's no way this bod is fitting into a 30" pant! Thanks for the perspective (we are ALL different!).

I have a Timex Personal Trainer that I got for $50 something on Amazon about two months ago. I love it!
-
I use them with my trainer. They're useful because you actually have a handle to grip onto during activities instead of just free weight dumbells. I don't know any of the DVD's or workouts designed for kettlebell training so I'm not sure about calories burned (I just use my HRM for a full training session and haven't…

I'm in the minority and burn more than MFP and machines estimate, according to my HRM.

French fries (not out of the oven) or carry out pizza. I'll find myself in the bathroom for the remainder of the evening and dragging the next morning because of the lack of nutrients! :blushing:

Hello, gorgeous. You look GREAT. You should be so proud!
-
I usually eat three meals and two snacks, separated by 2-3 hours.

It is going to depend. Best bet? Get a HRM. My personal trainer was calculating the average calorie expenditure per exercise and doing all the math for me based on the session he planned. But, when I got a HRM, I was burning more almost always. He would have calculated 600-800 and I'd actually have a HRM reading of…

WOW!! You are an inspiration to me - my start (highest) weight was 198 and I want to be 130s also. Congrats and thank you!
-
HRM. It knows what your actual heart rate was the whole time. MFP is just an estimate.

I'm so quick to jump and say that my beauty standards are my own. But, they're not. I love when I see "plus size" models or "real women" in ads and campaigns.

fruits (i like apples and strawberries best) almonds yogurt veggies (not my personal fav, but a good choice!) cheese cubes and cucumber slices

Vibram Five Fingers, for sure! My boyfriend works at a family owned outdoor shop and they sell these like CRAZY and have heard really great reviews about them. I don't know anything about training or the physical part of it - but it seems these are the hands down option to do barefoot running.
