I usually keep dark chocolate on hand. I love the Dove Dark Chocolate silky promises. I usually just eat one or two of those. Other ideas: Hot chocolate, pudding, jell-o mousse (you can freeze it, too!), or chocolate cool whip topping.

The first time I did it, I stopped at 7 minutes. The second time I did substantially more of the workout (I didn't push so hard the first 7 minutes the second time!).

I go to the gym, but this is mostly because I don't have any weight machines available otherwise. I also have a personal trainer at the gym, which is another perk. He definitely works me out harder than I can work myself out.

I would try and figure out -why- you're snacking. I've been battling snacking for boredom for... my entire life. I agree with another poster that suggested finding a hobby or something to occupy your time with. Otherwise, just make sure you have healthier options to what you're craving for a snack, which it sounds like…

I have the same problem with oatmeal! It is delicious and everyone says they feel so full for hours.. not me! Every one is different, I guess. Try yogurt and/or fruit for your snack before lunch again? That's what I do if I have oatmeal.

I haven't tried them yet, but I just picked up La Tortilla Factory whole wheat tortillas. They're 80 cals per wrap (they're the large ones.. like 10"?). The package says low carb, but I'm not worried about low carb, so I'm not sure off hand what they are. At any rate, my personal trainer recommended them.

I really dislike Greek yogurt, sadly. It reminds me too much of sour milk (I didn't add anything to it - but I think I ruined myself from trying it again in the near future). ANYWAY. My personal trainer likes his with honey and sunflower seeds.
