  • I don't think you need to lose weight. You look just fine the way you are.
  • I've read some where that taking the bad carbs out of your diet gets rid of the stomach fat. I certainly wouldn't eat less calories.

  • Same thing happened to me. After 3 weeks I finally started losing. I can actually feel a difference in my clothes. Only weigh yourself once a week or every 2 weeks. Otherwise you are going to drive yourself batty. HAHA

  • I plan on increasing my workout eventually. I didn't want to jump in feet first and hurt myself and end up quitting. That is usually what happens. I have some weak areas I want to strengthen before I really get into it.

  • I was working out for 1 hour, this week I have to cut it back to walking for 30 minutes only. I'm working my way up to walking longer.

  • Yoga is low impact and is great for strenghtening. Zumba is fun and I just did Just Dance 2 on the wii tonight. WOW It was harder than I thought and it is great exercise.
