I had a serve knee injury my Junior year of hs (3yrs ago). I had to quit hockey and pretty much do nothing for the first year then light exersicing for the next year and now finally I canreally hit the gym and start to lose the weight that I put on. I do cardio and weights everyday (except some wednesday). Due to my schedule I can't break them apart from each other...however I alternate what I do. Someday it's cardio first, or mat work, or weights, my workout are never the same except I do 30-45 minutes of cardio a day.

let us do the math here....1lb=1lb no matter what the matter is to gain 3+lbs of muscle in less then a week is unlikely...ok impossible. My guess is it's water weight i would weigh yourself less then twice a week.
