Anyone is welcome to add me. Fell off the wagon when I had surgery. Now I'm back on and looking for some friends. :)

Same here. Fell off and pulled myself back onto the wagon yesterday when I realized it costs to much to buy clothes when I can eat better and fit back into my old ones.

^this I love anything with memory foam. Champions now has some cool ones that are all mesh and super light. I use them for hiking.

I'm in the same boat with not liking HM on me while I workout. I use this website to get a good idea and subtract what I normally would have burned by just doing nothing. I'm assuming it's pretty accurate because I've continued to lose while logging this way. http://insanitycalories.com/

I've did it about a year ago and i'm doing it again. I lost about 4 pant sizes and 30lbs in a little over two months. However, I began the program having not done anything really physical for a very long time.

I started with 30 day shred and did not see much of a weight loss. However, it helped me to get in better shape and now I'm doing insanity. I think 30 day shred is great to help people who haven't worked out for a while build up to something harder.

I find if I mix up my workouts it helps. I hate doing the same thing every day. I also make mini goals because then I have something to look forward too. I also have a friend that transfers set amount of money into a bank account. She really wants to travel over seas and is using that money to do so which helps her.

I make it fit. However, there are pastas that are lower in calories. There is one at my grocery store that is 50 calories per serving (forgot the name). I also use a lot of egg noodles. Like other posters have said, I add a ton a vegetables to it too. That way you get about 2 cups of the pasta dish.

I have 1 packet of plain oatmeal, two tablespoons P2B, 1 tablespoon chia seeds and mix in either a banana or apple and I stay full until 11:30 when I have lunch.

I have the weight watchers scale and love it. I dropped it several times while moving apartments and not a scratch got on it. Mine has a shiny flat surface that make its really easy to clean too. I found my on amazon for about $30.

If I eat a food then feel I want to binge on it, I brush my teeth. Let's face it nothing tastes good with freshly brushed teeth. This gives me time to think about if I just want it because it tastes good, I'm hungry, or thirsty. If I'm hungry then I'll eat a healthy meal and that usually stops me from eating a whole thing…

log every calorie from the chocolate. If you want to do an at home workout since you already went to the gym today, and if you haven't eaten dinner yet. Have a huge salad. I have found that this helps me feel better after a binge and helps me not get in the mindset of oops o well what's one day.

I too just came back. I want to lose 50lbs in five months and a total of 100lbs this year. Anyone is welcome to add me.

I use coupons to save money on items that can stay on the shelf/frozen (beans, pasta, dried fruit, rice, meat ect) then I use the money I would have spent on that for my fresh items. I will get one of the bulk bags of oranges and apples for about 5 dollars, salad stuff (add salads to calorie dense meal items to help fill…

I eat a pretty well balanced diet and found some days I would be very hungry. I found that adding chia seeds to my diet in the morning in the afternoon helped a lot. For me, they work to help curb cravings and eating due to boredom because I feel full for several hours.

anyone is welcome to add me. I have a goal of losing 45-50lbs in five month just in time for graduation form my Master's program.

I make a chocolate mint smoothie when I need a chocolate fix or want a milkshake. I take one banana, slice it and freeze it for a couple hours. I add that to a blender with chia seeds, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, a few mint leaves, and water (use as little or as much as you want). Blend until smooth. Best part is it's 200-300…
