I have found that eating foods high in natural sugar help curve cravings also adding a pinch of salt to your fruit seems to helps make them sweeter. My favorite is any melon and sea salt.

A simple thing you can get is called a monkey tail. It's a steal ball that is wrapping in a thin rope. It's a little smaller than a ping pong ball and is on a key chain. They come in many colors and easy to use. Just start swinging. These can be found online for really cheap. Helpful for a college student.

Unless you have a reason to track sugar there is no reason to. Sugar is already counted in carbs. If you want to track sugar, I would take away any sugar that occured because of natural, whole foods. There really is no reason to track a subset of carbs unless you are told to do so by a doctor or dieabetic. Hope this helps

college student here and I rarely eat in the dining hall. Most of the food in my diary I have made only using a microwave to cook things. I spend around 75-100 a month and eat three meals a day as well as 2-3 snacks a day. My biggest atip get a newspaper (sundays) or grab on from someone else and save the couple dollars.…

hot tea with honey (60 cals or so depending how much honey) apple with honey (160 cals or so) apple sauce chocolate greek yogurt (this curves my chocolate craving every time for about 100 cals) hope these help a bit
