  • I'm late to the conversation, but here is my 2 cents. Make sure you eat some fats - that helps my moods. Good fats are in nuts, avocados, etc. Treat yourself with cheese or yogurt in small doses - I get thinly sliced Sargento. And, most importantly, eat when you are hungry.
