ASAP! The best incentive to maintain weight loss is having nothing to wear if you gain it back!

Yes! I did this. 28 lbs in 5 months. Walking and calorie counting!

Immediately!

20 lbs for me!

Absolutely not normal here in Vancouver, Canada. Active Outdoor living is a way of life!

Yep...patience. Weight loss just slows down at this point, but if you perservere you'll get there! I'm in the same boat. 15 lbs to goal weight and it's coming off in milligrams :)

The upside is nothing lost. The downside is when I gain weight the girls stay the same.

Thanks! I so appreciate the encouragement. I am just so impatient. I didn't put this weight on overnight so I can't expect it to come off super fast either. Must just plod on!

Peppermint tea is my favorite. It's pretty much the only tea I like without sugar. It helps fill up the tummy when it gets a bit growly mid-afternoon!

20 lbs down in 5 months. Never ever been to a gym! All with reducing my food intake and walking. Lots and lots of walking. Six days a week for one hour at a very brisk pace. If it's raining then the treadmill for 40 minutes with incline.

Cereal. I used to eat a good sized bowl every morning. Sadly, not anymore.

5'8" Started at 160 lbs Currently at 156 lbs 1310 calories and about 300 more on workout days (6 days a week). I'm hungry often. Thinking of maybe upping the calories a bit.

Peppermint tea is the only kind I can drink without sugar...so I drink lots of that. Helps stave off the hunger pangs between meals!

Size 10 mostly. I am 5'8". I began my journey at 179 lbs this past August and was squeezed into a size 12. I am down 23 lbs and size 10 is very comfortable. I have 17 lbs to go and have just started with MFP in the past few weeks to help me get to my goal. Fabulous wesbite!

I go to bed hungry all the time. I stop eating when I reach my caloric limit. No more food! I hope that at night my body is busy eating all the fat around my hips :)

My kids just love cottage cheese on their pancakes!
