Omg!!! You look gorgeous!! What a transformation!! How much weight did you lose ? I've been trying to lose weight for over a year! I keep losing inches but not a drastic difference in the weight! I've e only lost about 3 kilos! Any suggestions or help would be welcome :)! Keep up the good work!:)

Heyyy am 23! I stress eat a lot! I've been exercising for over a year! But getting to the healthy diet was the hard part! Since then I've turned part vegan (eat only eggs). Am also new here...just three days old in fact! Looking to make new friends! Feel free to add me up! :)

I have PCODs as well! But my cycle has been regular for the past three years! Thank god! But I still have hormonal imbalance and it affects my weight a lot! I've stopped taking the hormone pills because I tend to bloat a lot during the course of the medication! Exercising is helping a lot though ! I work out for an hour…

I desperately needed a more healthy lifestyle! I was in for a rude shock when I found out my body age is of a 30 year old when I am actually just 23! That's the moment I turned vegan! And started hitting the gym everyday! And thank you :) I am looking for friends here who'll keep me motivated! :)

163 cm 148.3 lbs Bust- 36 Waist- 29 Hips- 40.5 I've have difficulty losing inches for the lower body! I've incorporated the cross trainer and occasional cycling into my cardio routine! If you guys have any more suggestions please do help! :)
