Wow thanks for the post. so let me summarize what i understood from it. so we're suppose to consume our TDEE which is based on our BMR and the modifier. according to the amount of calories i need in insanity is 2755.063 but to lose fat i subtract 500 which would give me 2255.063 calories. if i want to avoid metabolic…

I hear you it tend to be a bit repetitious however i think it depends on a your frame of mind. i try to think of each workout as another day that my body can improve by each movement i do :) Oh and i kind of lower the volume of the video and crank up my music haha. what do you listen to ?
