I will drink coffee hot, cold, or 3 days old. Seriously. The only thing I cannot stand in coffee is sugar - just disgusting. Used to do the flavored creamers, but quit in 2011- a little because of the calories, but mainly due to the the partially hydrogenated oil. I just had rolled oats with flaxseed cooked with fresh strawberries and nectarine. I added 1/4 cup of 1% milk, 2 T of sugar free hazelnut syrup, and sprinkled a little cinnamon over it. i was like dessert for breakfast and was ridiculously good.

Not a new obsession, but a recent rediscovery... roasted brussel sprouts. Tossed in olive oil and whatever spices I have on hand. I can eat exactly however many I make whether it's 4 or 40.

i loved almond butter for years....and then about a month ago I discovered natural sunflower seed butter. It is soooo good and just a little lighter in fat at 12g a serving. I used them both on apples and bananas, on toast, and in protein shakes.

I use it as I would sour cream. For instance tonight I had it with the Hidden Valley Fiesta Ranch mix for dipping veggies and a few chips. Haven't ever thought of using it for things like chicken salad, but I definitely think I will give it a try now that someone mentioned it.
