OK, so when I first joined MFP a couple years ago (and didn't use it) I DID put in the 2lb/week and sedentary because I do have a desk job and I knew I was going home and watching TV or reading at night. Now, I still have the desk job but work from home so it's more flexible and I am usually going to the gym 4 times a…

I got this today too after being on the treadmill...right where my leg & hip meet in the center and only on my right leg

I donated blood once in 1991. Am not allowed to do it anymore since I lived in Germany in the eighties... Because they are still waiting for those Mad Cow symptoms to surface. :0/ I don't know why they did not ask if I lived overseas at the University where I was able to donate.

After reading this I am disappointed that I've already had my egg this AM. Will definitely be doing this sometime this week!

Ah, ...my mistake.

I just now googled "Nutritional information for Papa John's" and got the calorie counts for all of their pizzas and foods...

Murrican here, but everything I eat is available in UK from my understanding. I looked at your diary, and your cereal combos cracked me up... the variety you have is awesome. I hope you own stock in Kelloggs and General Mills! :O)

No idea, but I love doing this. I pour the oil off the top, core a hole through the middle of it and stuff paper towels in there to soak up any more oil, then put it upside down in the fridge overnight or so. When you take out the paper towels and store in the fridge, it's like breaking off pieces of peanut butter candy. I…

I put cut up nectarines, strawberries and blueberries. I also coarsely chop up some almonds as well.

Nature's Harvest sea salted okra chips. Hands down the absolute best crispy, crunchy, slightly salty snack out there!

I specifically love the Charleston accent. As far as the number one favorite on this board - Aussie, it makes a difference as to who is speaking it. Daniel Ricciardo..sure. I'll listen. Mark Webber...can't take it!

I've never heard of Blue Becks, but I certainly made room on my tracker (was on Sparkpeople at the time) for the Beck's Ultra Premier Light. Great taste and not too shabby with only 64 cals. Sure, budweiser makes one with a lower cal count...but it's budweiser. I'd rather have the taste of a decent been if I were going to…

Blackened salmon with sauted yellow and green summer squash, onion, orange bell pepper, & cherub tomatoes and a wild rice blend.

Yes..this. I also add a slice of ultra thin cheese with it. I also spread it on my chicken before adding the ham, swiss, and spinach when I make chicken cordon bleu. My favorite for that is the sun dried tomato one.

Lately I've been eating Braum's Bordeaux Cherry Amaretto frozen yogurt. Not my absolute favorite, but it's pretty darn good! Many years ago they had a Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookie Dough that was amazing.

So, what is considered brisk walking? I've been doing 4mph on the treadmill and logging about 4.25 mi in an hour. Should it be faster? I think 4.3 is about as fast as I could go and still be walking.

That's hysterical..lol

"I'll never love you deeply because you don't have nice legs". That was from a bf.

"In the 70s, McDonalds had a very successful ad campaign going with a commercial showing a grown man walking in, ordering a burger, fries, and a drink, and getting change back from his dollar. The meal that he ordered is now a SMALL Happy Meal, marketed towards kids 4 and under." Holy wow..I had no idea there were…

You're telling me you live in PA, but don't know what pop is? My relatives (and everyone) in Pittsburgh refer to it that way. In Texas, where I am, it's coke...no matter what kind it is. Ha!
