Overnight oats (mix and let sit in the fridge overnight): 1c plain Greek yogurt, 1/4c old fashioned oats, 1 packet Truvia, 1c berries. Yum!

I'm the same way. I keep a jar of 40-calorie Dove chocolates in the cupboard and allow myself one after lunch and dinner. If I'm going out to eat I'll put one in my purse so I'm less tempted to order dessert.

I had a very similar experience. Even though I have been off it for a couple of years I am still "in a fog" a lot of the time. I used to use five dollar words, now I use two dollar words. It's not that I *forgot* anything, but my brain is just slow now. Just a word of caution! Also, I lost a little weight in the beginning…

Hi there! I'm 5'9" too... I would love to be 140 but that hasn't happened since high school. I am trying to get to 145 but I have been about 153 - 155 for years. I can't figure out how to break 150 without doing anything crazy!

I use peanut butter instead of mayo on my BLT. It's delish. I hate mayo so I always have to find substitutions!!

I'm about 5' 9" and currently 155 lbs... hoping to get to 140! I guess I have a medium build (according to the wrist size chart anyway). I find that since I'm already in the "healthy" range losing weight is like pulling teeth! I'm determined though - this time I will go all the way!!
