  • @CassieGetsFit14 I agree with @sleepymom5 -> Rehab is good! There is much strength in asking for help, make sure you are not alone, and tell them how you are feeling. You are a strong woman, and can do this! Rehab is there as a tool for you to use. If you struggle, go. This is for you!!
