You know it hurts to agree, but Niner's got it. After I already started adding workouts to my weight loss, my husband said that once I master push-ups, we'd work on chin-ups together. I took it as an "Atta Girl, Go Get It", not as a slight against my commitment or capabilities.

Like GreatGreenSea, we have a couple of go-to, don't-feel-like-cooking meals: 1) Baked potato. Scrub outside of potato with wet veggie brush. Use fork to poke holes multiple times into skin. Microwave a few minutes (our microwave has Baked Potato setting -- it's like 3 - 4 minutes). Slice open & sprinkle with your favorite…

As others already said, avoid overcooking & it won't be dry. Honestly, salmon is so delicious, we only season with salt, pepper, and dill. Grill skin side down for, like, 8-10 minutes. DONE. ...and mmmmmmm.

Congratulations! Nothing feels better than fitting in the size you didn't think would fit. Cute surprised look in the photo, too. :) Dark loafers would be fine, make sure they're spiffed up and polished, and of course wear dark socks or stockings (or nude-colored). Go get 'em! Good luck.
