I am no expert but You already have two days of yoga/pilates so maybe do your Tracey Anderson video more? Or you could youtube different videos on your off day to keep things interesting.

I really like the idea of finishing the rest of the 5k at a walk after the official "c25k" training is done. I might try this tomorrow. :)

I wish I had stayed active! I lost 30 lbs and then as soon as I got pregnant I was so sick I was in bed all day and never gained motivation. by the time I had motivation I was on bed rest due to High BP and pre-e ughh. It will be different next time! Good luck ladies!

Finished week 2 today! I can not believe it! I am so nervous to start week three but I am determined to give it a shot. It just seems like such a huge leap to go from 90 seconds to 3 minutes! I am barely making my 90 second intervals. Then again I never thought I could make it past a minute.

I have a HRM I pick a show and jog in place or do my stepper during the whole show. Its an easy way to burn 200-300 calories.

Hey! My Son is 8 Months old! I didn't start losing weight till the six month mark though because I was breast feeding :) I still have about 70 lbs to lose :) (only 10 more from pre-preg though) feel free to add me :)

I'd like to get in 12 Miles (3 a week) I just started running so I will start small. :)

Just try! I am on week one. I do struggle a lot and have no idea how I am supposed to progress but I am trusting in the process. I may repeat week one to try and learn to regulate my breathing better though.

I ice mine and take in profin afterwards. Hopefully the muscles will strengthen soon and they wont hurt.
