Stick to it! I thought I would die at first. Lol. I questioned my ability every day (still do sometimes) but i have now finished a 10k (no walk breaks!) and I'm training for a half marathon :)

Ran my last official day of c25k on Christmas! So excited. My first race is on Jan 10th so for now I am working on adding distance as opposed to time. Finished 2.5 miles in 35 minutes the other day.

Well ill add in a week of just 30 minute runs after my app ends :) I'm on the look out for good 5k to 10k apps now. :)

Finshed w8 d1!! Ended up doing an extra two minutes for an even 30 :) it was oddly my easiest run yet and it included a decent sized hill.

Finished week 7!! One more week to go :) It was realatively easy too considering I took a week off due to being sick and moving.

Finished W7D2 after work today! My first 5k is Jan 10th so after graduation I have a 3 week plan to get me up to 35 minutes. It still wont be long enough but Im excited to try. I will do day 3 tomorrow. :)

Thanks guys! Now that I know I can do it there is no excuse not to finish the rest of the program :) It was a huge mental block I considered just stopping all together.

tried w4d1 today. I didn't finish my last 5 minute interval which bummed me out :( I was honestly amazed at my ability to finish the first one though! I'll do better next time.

I have put one up every week on Sunday since the beginning. This Sunday I am going to put up week 10. Maybe it's because I started with a "week one" checking at the beginning instead of a "week 0"? IDK. It was jsut a way to keep us accountable and check in to say hi. Nothing official.

You clearly haven't been vegetarian for vary long (not a strict one at least) Or that big piece of chicken would have you vomiting.
