The thought process behind the Judgement free zone isn't without fault I agree. But the main focus was supposed to be that PF doesn't condone intimidating actions or CATER to bodybuilders/power lifters. And the reason they don't condone weight dropping or grunting is because these are intimidating actions that are completely unnecessary. They focus more on general fitness as opposed to bodybuilding and weight dropping, which is a completely diff concept than most gyms and for the average person, more comfortable.

I did the 30DS for 30 days straight, upping my level every 10 days, and I felt GREAT afterwards. I did stay sore but I got a few inches off and I am happy with that. Everyone is different. Some people can't handle doing it 30 days or can't commit to it.

Gawd, I would like to know this anser too. I have tried switching up workouts, balancing my diet differently, zig-zagging calories, increasing calories, 30 Day Shred. Nothing has helped.
