I have gluten issues and it makes my stomach crazy (most Dr's say it's IBS but it's not). I have been doing a slow carb diet and I love it! Makes me feel amazing. I too was stuck like you but that has seemed to FINALLY start that scale moving again in the right direction. Rant all you want that's what this is for.…

Old Bay is awesome on anything from salads to eggs, I also use alot of "meat rubs" most are just spices without the salt and they kick my flavor buds into over drive another is just ground cayenne pepper a little miced in goes a long yummy way. :bigsmile:

Homemade is soooooo yummy and you can get the premade packets too that all you do is add tomatos (but I've never checked the sugars on them, guess I need too)

YES!! The scale can not account for inches lost. Go by how your clothes fit and just use the number on the scale to keep your self in line. It took me forever to get this thru my own head but once I did I felt better :bigsmile: don't get me wrong some days I just get really mad at what the scale says. And remember musclue…

If you have an app phone get the cardio trainer app...it's normally really close. When in doubt go with the lowest.

The night before I carb load...pizza, pasta stuff like that...then in the morning I have a Power Bar Energy about an hour before the race thats about all I can stomach without it coming back up during the race. Gel packs are good energy while your running also.

Yes b/c it may have carbs in it...I use Stevia in the Raw and I log it even though there is no calories but 1 carb per packet (I only use at the max 2 a day). I clean my office on Fridays and it takes about an hour...I do log that, but I don't log house work unless i'm at it for more than an hour.

You may have over cooked it...Green Tea gets bitter when over cooked or it could be the brand my favoriate is TAZO.
