I think it is! Even at 40 I had a much easier time losing weight, now at 43 I'm having to work much harder! That's why I decided not to put it off!

I've been on MFP since January and I absolutely love it! I've lost 15 pounds (was planning on losing 18 but dropped my goal weight another 2 pounds). I'm 5'0 and currently at 111.6. Now that I'm down to my last 5 I can't seem to lose anyway!! I'm just gonna have to give myself some extra time I guess?

Yep! Husband, boys and I hunt deer (whitetail and exotic), birds, hogs, pretty much anything! We basically live off deer meat, mostly Axis. It's much leaner than beef so we're appreciating that!

This is exactly where I am! Five pounds from my goal weight and I cannot get the scale to move!!! I'm really hoping just sticking with it works!!!

Yes! I refuse to give up beer so I just plan my calories around it. I have also noticed though that if I eat with the beer I don't continue to lose so on the days I drink beer (several times a week) I get my calories in early in the day.

I'm 5'0. Started MFP January 2013 because at 43 it's getting harder to lose any weight and I felt weak for the first time in my life! I'm outside all the time and it was getting harder to do the things I love! SW. 125 CW 111 My first goal was 108 but I've just recently dropped that to 106.

I'm only 5'0 (started at 126 and now at 115). Losing any weight has gotten harder with age! I only count calories and I eat back all my exercise calories earned because I don't want to give up anything! Especially beer...so that pushes me to work out.
