my ex was beautiful, really gorgeous to me. My friend met him she said...hes fat,hes short and he needs a shave. But he was beautiful inside and out to me. just shows doesnt it!

just done the soulmatefoods one and its not nice, it weighs really heavy on the stomach and makes you fee sick. I did the 5 day one and yes I completed it...I have a lot of weight to lose. I lost 4 lb but was very bloated and did not feel energised as promised x

When I was recovering from my eating disorder...I focused on food and calories for a long long time. I think this is maybe whts happening here.

I tried it once, on the backing of my doctors suggestion. I lost something like 12lbs in the first week but I was so miserable, I hated drinking the shakes (they didnt taste bad) just because I was rebelling against having normal foods taken away from me. I kept it up 2 weeks having lost 19lbs..then I started eating normal…
