I have been doing this for over five weeks, and have only lost only 2 pounds. I work out and burn alot of calories, but I can never eat all those plus my regular calories. any suggestions why I'm not loosing weight.

I have been feeling the same way, I have been doing this for 3 weeks now and have been working out and under my calorie intake and have only lost 1 pound. Still don't know why I haven't lost more weight. any suggestions?
