617 days...down almost 50 lbs....at 73 yrs old, and insulin resistant...hypo-thyroid after thyroid cancer...with metabolic-syndrome I am happy that I have lost it slowly and am keeping it off and still goin! Doing every other day modified fasting and it is working for me!

Is it possible that you are building muscle? Remember that muscle weighs 3 times what fat weighs, and if your cloths are fitting better, there must be some fat gone...:wink: You might want to have a BMI done for a reference point as you continue.
