I would like to amend my first comment about not changing my eating when we go. I am 578 days away from our WDW trip. I plan to be back to my goal weight by then. The more weight I lose the more I want it to stay gone. I am really going to have to look into whether they have calorie counts any where.

What are you wearing when you run? If you normally wear cotton clothing and switch to spandex/lycra to run it could just be that. Can't help otherwise I've never had this happen but I also can't run.

I read about this diet first on Dr. Mercola's website. He followed it when he was younger and developed diabetes. Stopped the diet no longer had diabetes. Weight loss is not a good trade off for health.

I have found it is cheaper but I buy raw ingredients and make everything from scratch. I cook large meals that can be devided into many meals such as spagetti sauce, soups, chili. Don't beat yourself up. I allow myself little treats here and there and just exercise more. This has allowed me to not feel deprived and crave things. I just don't eat the all the time like I was doing. One day is not going to blow everything out of the water. :flowerforyou:

Are you treating it like regular tea nad putting milk and sugar? I don't and that would change the taste. Leave the bag in and let it really steep. You will get stronger flavors.

I am having those days too and I'll tell you what I am telling myself. Do it! After I force myself out the door I feel so much better. I am happier, more alert and I sleep better that night. The more I force myself the less I have to so yes force yourself.

Hands down favorite place to eat Boma. I will not be restriciting the way I eat in any way on vacation. I will enjoy my food and have a great vacation. My hubby is a sabatour. As soon as I start counting he comes home with chips, chocolate and other treats for me. I have come to realise he does this purposely because he doesn't want to lose weight (but needs to).

We are heading back to Disney World for our 4th trip in Sept 2014. I want to be my old self when I look at those pictures afterwards. I also want to physically be able to walk day after day for hours.
